Downloaded and installed the new Cakewalk by Bandlab. It's essentially Cakewalk Sonar Platinum with a few features removed.
Installed in on a Windows 10 machine, able to load the provided demos. Using a Tascam US-322 audio interface. All drivers updated and able to use the interface for both input and output.
When I record audio on a track, the metronome records with my audio input onto the track. (The metronome can be set to work during playback and/or record independantly, but is unrelated to my problem.)
I've searched both the new Cakewalk and old Cakewalk knowledge base as well as general searches on the web but haven't found a solution. Some of my research indicates that it could be a problem with the way the Tascam audio interface is set and/or problems with how the output buss is configured. I've done a bit of trial and error in this direction but still stuck.
I don't know why this thing just doesn't work out of the box. Any ideas I can try?
Thanks in advance.

In order to select a custom sound for your metronome, select the Sounds option and click on the Hi and Lo fields to select any type of audio file as your metronome sound. Click on the empty field and a file locator will pop up, here you can navigate to your custom audio file and select it. The built-in metronome has only two options: PC speaker (the internal 2.5″ speaker inside your computer) or MIDI click. The MIDI click can only be directed to an external keyboard / module, and cannot be used with a DirectX Instrument (DXI).
Hi all,New to the forum but not Cubase. I just updated from 4 Studio to 9.5 Artist and rebuilt my whole rig, including a new iMac and a Presonus Quantum interface.
Well, everything went well until I tried to get a click (seems like that should've been the easiest thing!).
Any audio going into the Quantum comes out of my monitors, the metronome is active under Transport, I can actually see the click happening in the MIDI meter...
Under Audio Connections I am looking for a way to activate 'click' but I don't have that column...?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
